If you want to learn more about the mosaic process, we suggest you sign up for a class (check out Robin Evans' teaching schedule on her web site www.glowingpanels.com) or pick up a copy of one of the many mosaic books. Before calling customer service, please download (if applicable) and read the multitude of information we have provided.
